    I'm curious too, but /r/StarTrek is at 600k subscribers which means even if 1% sign up it becomes one of the largest instances. And yes, can't wait for Lemmy to have some styling control.

    What advantage can one say that Tildes has over any other website if it's the same unmoderated dogwhistles and alt-right proselytizing being presented as "rational discussion"? Why should anyone choose Tildes over reddit? Or for that matter- Voat?

    The truth is it's just another bad-faith spin zone to "redpill" the "normies". The mods there are the same heavy-handed pro-censorship mods from other alt-right subreddits.
