Penguinos LinkWe've been playing Five Tribes and have been enjoying it a lot. We learned the game 4ish days ago. My wife doesn't usually care to much about board games (she plays and has a decent time, but...We've been playing Five Tribes and have been enjoying it a lot. We learned the game 4ish days ago.
My wife doesn't usually care to much about board games (she plays and has a decent time, but doesn't usually "want" to play), but we've already finished 5 games in the last 4 days.
She actually wants to play it, so that is really nice (and I've been enjoying it as well, and even more so because she is).
All that to say, we've has been enjoying Five Tribes a lot this week.

Penguinos LinkI went to a work "celebration" week for a company I joined around a month ago. Lots of interaction with people I've never met in person, and some I've met virtually. There wasn't too much "work",...I went to a work "celebration" week for a company I joined around a month ago.
Lots of interaction with people I've never met in person, and some I've met virtually. There wasn't too much "work", thankfully, so there were more fun little events/activities (like escape rooms) instead.
It was definitely overwhelming, but it was nice to have some "forced interaction" cause I struggle with getting myself to casually talk to people when working remotely.
I've been trying to find some more music that my wife and I both enjoy listening to. For this week the list seems to mostly be in the realm of Post-Hardcore to Alt Rock. The list for this week looks like:
Holding Absence Just found them this week, but I'm liking most of the songs I've listened to so far.
Too Close to Touch Highly recommend basically anything by them. It's been hard trying to find something to fill the void that is left behind.
FLOYA Also, just found them this week, but I am really enjoyed the 2 albums I've heard.
Catch Your Breath The closest thing I've found to fill the void that Too Close to Touch left.
Loveless Only listened to a couple songs so far, but so far so good.
If Not for Me Same as the above.
Vaines Everything Vaines puts out is solid. I saw him in concert with Emarosa a while back and love everything he has released. 10/10 highly recommend.
If anyone has any recommendations feel free to throw them at me and I'll give them a try.
