I feel like I only have so much energy to consume new content in general, these days. To properly listen to a lot of music, I like to sit down with the lyrics (if there are any...) while I listen through the whole album once. I just don't have the focus for that lately, sadly.

Having seen some of the grind of GTA V Online, I can't actually blame you that much. It seems like its goal is to get people to buy the currency (literally called "Whale Shark" cards for one tier). Also, none of the online vehicles got added to the single player game for people who were uninterested in Online, but wanted to enjoy sandboxing w/ them. I've heard issues with Rockstar banning people for mods though, including ones intended for single player.

That said, I'm assuming the mods you're using are just currency or similar. If you're using an aimbot, or... I dunno, are there hacks for races?-- something that directly affects other players, that's less acceptable. But man, GTA V Online seems way too grindy for me to try.

Propagandhi - Victory Lap has been in my rotation for a couple months now. I need some more modern punk with good writing. Favorite tracks: Cop Just Out of Frame, Nigredo

Both great albums. I think Meathole is actually my favorite (I like heavy), but those are right behind it.

I would say remove it. Ironically, I actually grew up near there, so I found it interesting from a local elections perspective, but in terms of a worldwide site, not so much. The war between red tribe and blue tribe produces a lot of stuff like this that doesn't matter in the long term, or at least not on this scale.

Basically, I would be fine reading about this incident as an example in a larger article about a trend of incivility, but as a lone incident, it's just the daily news churn.

Also, interesting to see the YouTube comments. The alt-right loves it. They don't care if they're mocked (especially this weakly). There's plenty of catchy bits to sing along unironically!

But I've always preferred Bad Religion's less poppy, more dense stuff like No Control, so I was probably going to dislike it tonally. I hope the rest of the new album is good. Propandhi's was fantastic, and I've been wanting some good punk with recent themes.

I've not found that much similar. satanicpornocultshop is often mentioned, but they never scratched the same itch for me since they're much less chill. Ventian Snares weird classical albums, My Downfall and Rossz csillag, maybe? I'll keep you in mind if I find anything though!

(All this is based on MH4U) What weapons did you use in Soulsborne? If you feel they're too slow, I'd recommend Sword n Shield or Dual Blades probably. Funnily, it was actually the clunky controls that made me feel at home in Monster Hunter, but I'd only played Dark Souls 1 and 2 at that point. 3 and Bloodborne feel less similar.

Rolling is much less forgiving, btw, so watch out for that.

I think early Monster Hunter is pretty meh, but once you get the hang of things it gets fun fast. I'd definitely recommend co-op.

The first result when I googled "GOP nazi", because frankly I didn't feel like going too deep down that cesspit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Look into the candidates mentioned separately if you don't trust their sourcing. The point is that it's not just someone pointing their finger and yelling "That's racist!". It's genuine Holocaust denial and the like. This isn't dogwhistle comments. This is openly stated racism.

Kashiwa Daisuke's Program Music I and II. Program Music I is incredible, mixing classical and glitchy electronic. II has a lot less glitch influence, but is still a solid album. I'd highly recommend his song "stella". It's got a way of shifting so you never quite know what to expect, but it still flows beautifully.

Hmm, good call. I'd heard some of their other stuff, but apparently missed this album. I'd recommend The 3rd and the Mortal, if you don't already listen to them.
