Forget app ordering, unless it's a chain that has a fully featured app. Disruptive companies have screwed mom and pop businesses for years. If you truly care about your neighbors who run local restaurants, you'll visit your local restaurant in person, collect their number to use in person, put that number in your contacts yourself, and use those exclusively. Don't trust google, don't trust "that must be it" searches for lookalikes.

Vince Gilligan has given interviews about how important it was to them to "get this right," meaning the continuity of the show, of every little detail being in place. "If we left a lighter on a phone booth in S3, we had to have someone go back and pick it up in S4." That kind of thing. He deserves praise. He learned his craft by working on X-Files, and as fans of that show in that era could tell you, the wind-down of X-Files was a "unresolved plot-point mess." I've always believed Gilligan learned by negative example of the importance of plot-point / story-arc consistency and completeness. Also now you can see what happens when those principles aren't followed as precisely -- Game of Thrones final season.
