Ooh, this is nice! I'm proud of:

    • Achieving a modest level of success with my band about 20 yrs ago. We released 3 albums, played some of my home country's big festivals, most of the main venues and had a few appearances on national TV. Definitely a formative experience for me which I miss sometimes.
    • Turning a lifelong dream of moving to the US and becoming a US citizen into a reality. Circumstances have obviously and sadly changed and we're planning on returning to Europe by next spring (I am fully cognizant of the fact that we're very lucky to even have the option), but still, proud to have made it happen. I'll cherish the memories and friends I've made here.
    • Built my own CMS which I have used as a foundation for my freelance business for about 15 years. I'm by no means wealthy, but it did keep the lights on all this time.
    • Fostered hundreds of cats and kittens and baby momma cats since our own cat passed away in 2018. It has slowed down a little in the last year, but it does feel good to have made a difference (or so I'd like to think) and I'm proud of it.
    • Quit smoking overnight around 2009 and haven't touched a cigarette since. I was never a heavy smoker but I do have an addictive personality (is that how you say it?) so it was a bit of an uphill climb. Maybe I'll do the same with alcohol some day.
    • And the one I'm most proud of: Celebrating 13 years of marriage (this June) to my soulmate and the love of my life. Love ya hon.

Very relatable, OP. With me it's so bad that I don't think I can ever truly relax.

I realized that, even in my leisure time, I am always trying to achieve goals and fill gaps, following lists of the things I should enjoy for one reason or another. That is not fun.

If you don't mind me asking, what medication are you taking?

The Invincible. This is basically a walking sim based on a hard Sci-fi book by Lem which might not be everyone's cup of tea, but man, does it draw you in. Beautiful game with a fascinating story,...
