    Thank you so much, @knocklessmonster, for the recommendation. I totally get how Squarepusher has similar vibes, and you were spot on with the "acoustic and electronic composition/manipulation" because it's actually the thing I really like about Mid-Air Thief.

    Also, the closest I had gotten to the electronic/jazz/experimental/breakcore type of music that is in some Squarepusher songs was Hakushi Hasegawa's Somoku Hodo and Air Ni Ni, or even Yellow Magic Orchestra, neither of which may be too related in genre or style but, since I'm just starting expanding my music taste, are kinda a reference point to the music I find interesting. Your recommendations were truly spot on, I'm totally going to look further into the rest of Squarepusher albums.

    Do you know of any album as beautiful as this one⁠—maybe along the lines of the electronic folk genre?
