What kind of vinyl records do you like to collect? Certain bands, styles, etc? I found a pretty good used record player at Goodwill a couple years ago, and have slowly started getting into records again. Anything from Prince to The Beatles to Rob Zombie to Beastie Boys to Arcade Fire to The Cure and on and on....Where do you like to find records?

I just started The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. It's a curious premise, like a murder mystery in Groundhog Day or Happy Death Day, but each day "you" are in a different body. I'm excited to see how it plays out.

I was hesitant to post on reddit a lot because of all of the arbitrary rules each sub had. Will posts here get removed for anything like that?
I'm just curious what you guys think new users should know as well. Thanks!

Hi all. 8+ reddit user, part of the migration. Very new here, dipping my toes in, curious and excited about this site.
I'm a 46 year old chick, married, no kids by choice. I work for a railroad, which means lots of traveling. I mostly live out of a large backpack.
Music is my first, and true, love. I listen to many different styles, everything except country, really. I love seeing live music, but don't get a lot of opportunities with my job. I grew up playing instruments, and would love to get back into playing piano.
I love to read (and would love any and all suggestions), horror/quirky comedy movies, open world video games, true crime, cooking & baking, traveling when it's not work-related, animals, finding good new series to watch/binge watching old favorite shows, and just learning about random items/facts.
I'd love to learn more about home improvement, like how to put up drywall, learn to remodel, etc. I'd really like to learn a different language or 2, or where to even start with good resources.
Hope to have interesting conversations with lots of you.
