    I’ve recently started playing a rogue like called roboquest after seeing it recommended by a YouTuber. It’s pretty fun, fast fairly responsive combat. I’ve also (finally) gotten back to persona 3....

    I’ve recently started playing a rogue like called roboquest after seeing it recommended by a YouTuber. It’s pretty fun, fast fairly responsive combat.

    I’ve also (finally) gotten back to persona 3. It’s not bad but it’s definitely a product of it’s time, missing a lot of quality of life changes that the later games have

    Just finished my rewatch of fate:unlimited blade works. Honestly it was pretty good, especially when knowing the plot twists that were coming and foreshadowed by other routes.

    Other than that I’m up to date on Freiren (which is awesome) and catching up on tearmoon (which is also awesome for different reasons)

    My first video game was called robotower. I think. I remember I used to have to play it through DOS and if I ever got far enough (a rare occurrence for ~7 year old me) it would tell me I’d need to buy the full game. This would have been late 80’s to early 90’s so if anyone knows what I’m talking about please link me in a response

    For a td style game I’d recommend checking out heretics fork. It’s still in early access and relatively cheap. For a more general type of game that’s mouse only I’d suggest trying slay the spire...

    For a more general type of game that’s mouse only I’d suggest trying slay the spire (a deck building roguelite) game and maybe into the breach (I’m not 100% on if that’s playable with just a mouse)

    So I was playing High on life last week. Well I played a bit more this week and I’ll be honest, the humour just isn’t my cup of tea. I don’t know if it’s bad per se or if it feels horribly awkward...

    So I was playing High on life last week. Well I played a bit more this week and I’ll be honest, the humour just isn’t my cup of tea. I don’t know if it’s bad per se or if it feels horribly awkward since I’m looking at it as a participant versus as an observer but regardless, I’ve dropped it. To fill the gap I’ve gone back to my ng+ playthroughs of ffxvi and star ocean second story R (I cannot recommend second story enough)

    One more here recommending Rum, Sodomy & the Lash. I’d also like to recommend Streets of Sorrow from the album If I Should Fall From Grace With God (and also the track If I Should Fall From Grace With God too). He was incredible, both as an artist and as someone willing to speak up for the downtrodden.

    I recently (as in the last day or two) started playing High on Life. Haven’t got very far yet and what I’ve seen so far is…ok? Honestly the gunplay hasn’t really clicked with me and I keep on...

    I recently (as in the last day or two) started playing High on Life. Haven’t got very far yet and what I’ve seen so far is…ok? Honestly the gunplay hasn’t really clicked with me and I keep on bumping into oddly inaccessible areas which look like I should be able to climb on but actually can’t. Likewise the humour has been kinda hit and miss. Still, I’m planning to give it a while longer to see if it ever clicks or if it was a wasted Black Friday buy.

    Other than that I’m working on a ng+ playthrough of Star Ocean Second Story R, a game I have nothing but praise for (I loved the game 20 years ago and I still love it now)
