Latter is the one I thought of. But the actual correct way would be pronounce it as "me-e" in my language. This Romanian voice example is the closest example (Wiktionary)

    Good job!

I don’t know if I trust the machine telling me I’m burning ~1,000 cals on my 40 miles,

This depends on the pace and cadence you are doing. Consider getting a heart rate monitor to record your sessions, and check the calorie loss after that. But it doesn't sound too far off.

For me, thanks to intermittent fasting I was able to drop 10kg in 4 months. My starting weight last year was 90kg too, but when I started to do fasting it was 87kg, and now I'm 74kg (and still dropping). Intermittent fasting helped me to develop more healthier relationship with food and consider the I/O of my body, such as if I haven't done any exercise during the day do I really need that oven pizza or sugary goods in the evening?

On top of this I started to cycle more actively and I'm aiming for doing 150km-200km total of cycling per week. However, I need to start do some weight lifting as I'm lacking on that department. However, I've been doing daily push-ups and sit-ups for 6 months now, to develop a routine.

Was really hoping they would fix up the ordering of Grand Prix,'s so that teams don't have to fly eg. from Europe to USA and back to Europe. Would help smaller teams with budgeting and lower the ridiculous carbon footprint caused by the cargo.
