Sometimes I add grated parmesan and sometimes I add...My favorite quick and healthy meal to make is pasta with canned or a jar of tomatoes, either canned sardines, tuna or anchovies and frozen peas. Sometimes I add grated parmesan and sometimes I add frozen cubes of spinach and anything else that I have around my kitchen.
I have recently been obsessed with 2 bands. One is Full Trunk and the second is Red Band.
