I don't see why there needs to be. Eventually an ~anime.music and ~anime.music.videos could be created to help segregate these sort of topics, but for now simply posting them to ~anime and tagging...

If people don't want to see them, they can simply filter them out... although perhaps a more specific tag like anime.music video should be applied so filtering doesn't also hide music videos from ~music, etc.
I should've been more clear that that was a bit of a joke. I'm just referring to the massive drama this caused on /r/anime back when it was posted, as the mods didn't consider it anime. Death...
