Does this mean it's ~anime's time to have a big argument about what counts as anime?

I don't see why there needs to be. Eventually an ~anime.music and ~anime.music.videos could be created to help segregate these sort of topics, but for now simply posting them to ~anime and tagging them music video should suffice, shouldn't it?

If people don't want to see them, they can simply filter them out... although perhaps a more specific tag like anime.music video should be applied so filtering doesn't also hide music videos from ~music, etc.

I'm just referring to the massive drama this caused on /r/anime back when it was posted, as the mods didn't consider it anime. Death threats to mods, lots of spamming about it, the whole deal every time this happens. I was also hoping someone might pop in and talk about that whole situation.
