This whole article is a real treat. Cabel Sasser bought a bunch of acetate recordings from Disney at auction and discovered lost recordings and early rehearsals for various early Disney movies.

He also found a lost recording of a song that was cut from Cinderella. All digitized and posted to listen to.

Go on, hit play. And as you listen, take a moment to let it sink in that you’re one of the first people to hear this music in nearly 75 years.

That Firehouse Five video with all the Mickey Mouse Club kids singing alongside them was absolutely adorable. :P I honestly loved all the old timey music tracks. A bunch even felt like they could easily fit into a Fallout game. "Yes Sir, That's My Baby" by the Outhouse Oaters was my favorite though. And what a band name! Although the Farthouse Fuckheads and Whorehouse Five is definitely up there as well. LOL, hard to believe that sort of dirty adult humor was going on behind the scenes at Disney's recording studio all those years ago.

p.s. Since I had to know more about the Novachord, after hearing all the bizarre sounds it was able to make on that Samba track from 1947: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novachord

I feel like you might find that last link interesting, @skybrian, given your interest in synthesizers (IIRC).
