Interesting this is from BairesDev. We have had contractors through them at work and it was mostly a disaster. Only one lasted more than a month. Some of the rest seemed relatively knowledgeable, but they were slow, not very communicative, and the quality of their code was awful (barely above raw AI output). Based on anecdotal experiences (hearing other meetings in the background), I think their contractors might be double booked and splitting time between projects, even though we were supposed to have them full time.

After I while I stopped replying to their emails and sent them to the junk.
