Iconic characters like Sonic, Shadow, and Knuckles will adapt roles from Justice League including Flash and Batman.
...how is that WEIRDER to me than Sonic meeting up with Superman or Flash??
Addendum: Are we going to see them in civilian identities? Because the Shadow animation implies the criminals are still humans. So do people just ignore the fact that Shadow the Billionaire...

So do people just ignore the fact that Shadow the Billionaire Hedgehog is possibly the only other hedgehog in Gotham besides... Batman? Bathog? Will we see Knuckles with glasses at the Daily Planet? And none of his coworkers connect Superman to Knuckles, the supposed last echidna (which, I guess is probably why he's Superman...?)?
Also: Rouge better be Batwoman or Batgirl. She is literally the one character whose species is directly connected to a major DC character. Though if she's Catwoman instead, I'll cackle.
I am so here for this. Knuckles as Superman is terrible casting, in my opinion. Yeah he’s strong, but Superman is more about truth and justice than strength. I Knuckles could play a Guy Gardner...

I Knuckles could play a Guy Gardner type Green Lantern. But Silver isn’t that great a Superman, either… Amy would be the best Superman in the group. Blaze would be a good Wonder Woman. Silver could have been Aquaman.
