Always happy to see another of these! I'm hopefully going to be propping up one of my own soon enough. Winters are a brutal test though.
If author happens to be reading, I'd probably get a longer cable and bring everything but the panel itself indoors to keep the harsh temps at bay, these components are rarely rated to handle Boston winters and even if you can get it working, you'll be putting some harsh wear on everything. And over-insulating would provide some nasty side effects if any moisture gets in and/or then requiring seperate venting when the summer comes.
Especially for small-scale content which is unlikely to draw mass attention, it's a fantastic alternative to further increasing demand on the gigantic server infrastructure designed for 24/7 high-availability web. It doesn't matter too much if your website for friends and family is only operational from 6 AM until say 12 AM, especially if yall in the same timezone.
