This is where
chromecast_mpris
comes in. It hooks up to D-Bus so that you can control Chromecast playback right from the controls that are integrated in Plasma and GNOME, or anything that integrates with MPRIS. You can use the CLI, too!I figured some people here use Linux, and thought you guys would appreciate this project.
