Recommended services for custom prints?

I recently asked about commissioning custom artwork, which is shaping up wonderfully.

I now need to start looking at custom print services so that I can actually hang the artwork in my home. It will likely be a rather large piece (possibly 60"x40").

Anyone have any experiences with different services and have recommendations or avoids?

Also, anyone have any recommendations for what I actually get it printed on? I'm leaning towards canvas, but I'm open to suggestions. I'm wanting this to last a long time.

I'm in the US, so the service would need to ship to there.

Their configuration tool was the easiest to use, had a good variety of styles, and was reasonably priced (but frames are always ridiculous).

However, they only do small prints… it's not really for artwork. Given the sizes you want, I would either go to a local shop, or look for a high-rating shop on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/search?q=custom%20artwork%20printing&ref=search_bar

As for long-life material: I am a sucker for metal prints, especially for artwork. I got a lot of displates in my home. It looks like etsy has custom metal print sellers, too.
