I have no experience or knowledge of building, but I feel like constructing a crooked structure intentionally is hard since they have to account for stability. Are there any experts here who can offer input? Will updated building codes since its original construction add to the difficulty? Do they need to stick to the original construction techniques to make it as close to the original as possible? Do they need to hire specialty carpenters?
Honestly I hope it's hard and a massive headache, it's good to see developers actually held accountable instead of getting a slap on the wrist.
