      Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the dynamic but wouldn't credits and subsidies at least spur economic activity thereby providing a benefit to the host country? This in contrast to companies...

      Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the dynamic but wouldn't credits and subsidies at least spur economic activity thereby providing a benefit to the host country? This in contrast to companies positioning offices in countries only to really keep the books and an account for money to sit in, offering no meaningful benefit to the country or people

    I'd forgotten about this agreement. Good to see it implemented! Let's hope they never again find that silver bullet for tax evasion.
