    While divorce rates have risen, it seems like marriage rates climbed even higher so there's still a net benefit. So successful policy I guess?

      Exactly, and the state has gotten a bunch of babies out of the deal, so score! What surprised me from the article is how expensive things are even though they're building a ton of social housing....

      What surprised me from the article is how expensive things are even though they're building a ton of social housing. Crazy pants. Maybe supplying more and more builds doesn't solve the housing problem?

        I didn't see anything in the article about how many more houses were built versus how many more buyers came on the market.
