I always get extra pickles and no cheese. Apparently extra pickles is a really big thing down in Dallas. I was down there for a day work trip and there is a Chick-fil-A right down the street from our office. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me this plastic container pre-packaged with Pickles ready to go. (One of those small Solo tubs with a lid) They had a whole stack of them. I thought it was the most incredible thing. (It was the lunch rush.)

I do something similar except I use hot sauce and mayo. You end up with a creamy buffalo sauce and it's easier to ramp up the spice if you like. I find using CFA buffalo kind of limits the max...

Second on the Chick-Fil-A sauce. It's so savory, and perfect pairing to chicken and fries.
