This article came at just the right time for me as I've been getting somewhat interested in our gut microbiome and how to best take care of "my little friends". I haven't gotten very far in my research of the topic yet and was still in the stage of assuming that yogurt and fermented foods are where it's at - this is the first time I'm hearing that fiber is actually the thing that feeds our "permanent" residents! I'll definitely have to read this book and dig deeper, thank you for sharing.
