    This reminded me of a similar push in the US to prevent non-dairy products from calling themselves "milk." It ultimately didn't go anywhere. That said, I wonder if that's why Trader Joe's sells...

    It ultimately didn't go anywhere. That said, I wonder if that's why Trader Joe's sells "Almond Beverage," possibly taking a precautionary step and now just being stuck with that packaging for a while. :p
