Wouldn't it be a little better to pre-cook the bacon a little bit to render out the fat? It seems like it would make it a bit greasy IMHO.
I never add issues with one of these being to greasy, but I do like fat. I guess it depends on which bacon you use too.
That's beautiful. Well done on the timelapse of the cooking as well. It makes my mouth water just looking at it.
