I put it on popcorn with butter and salt!! Also another popcorn recipe is butter + truffle oil + citric acid. Sometimes we'll eat it plain but there's no question, popcorn is better when dressed.

Since the Dash is salt-free it's a good way to control the spice level without adding too much salt. Also works well if sharing popcorn among multiple people with different spice tolerances - I throw on the other toppings first, then split it into smaller bowls before adding Dash.

My dad went full vegan for a bit (he backed off into vegetarian) and used to eat it with his grits. Nooch is great stuff, and it's one of the few things where it tastes "just like the real thing," it works as a cheese substitute. I want to try making macaroni and cheese with it, actually.

My nurse was talking up nutritional yeast the last time I met with her. After reading this article, which had my mouth watering, I'm going to have to try this. A vegan mac and cheese would be cool to try, and I think that will be my first. I'd also like to try the popcorn as well. I do sometimes eat Marmite on English muffins, which I recommend to others who enjoy "yeasty" products like I do!
