Just finished. If you're at all interested in learning about what happened at "Bro'n Appétit" and "Condé Nasty", I would highly recommend listening to this episode. It exposes just how toxic a work environment it was, how deeply ingrained the racism problems were, and how long all these issues were going on for. BA imploding and CNE having to restructure was due to far more than just Adam Rapoport's inappropriate Halloween costume.
I'm really looking forward to the next episode, to see what the new PoC staff have to say about how things are there now... since I am still incredibly wary of supporting BA again just because of a facelift, and only want to do so if things have genuinely changed there for the better.
