This is a really amazing game from the wonderful folks over at Possum Creek! I got my hardcover edition a few days ago and I have to say it's one of the most inspiring things I've had the opportunity to play in quite a while.
The game takes place in "the Haeth", a land populated by moderately anthropomorphic animals, called Kith, who farm bugs, from herds (yep) of bumblebees to carrier moths and beetles of burden. It takes place in the aftermath of a great war, but as the book states in the first few pages, "there is no violence here anymore."
The PCs are Kith who are looking for a new home, and there is no game master/DM; the players and a variety of random tables create their origins, destinations, story beats, non-player characters, and challenges along the way.
It's one of the best examples of a game that's still able to build beautiful, compelling stories despite having no overarching structure and no concession to fighting or violence in the rules. There's also a ton of gorgeous art throughout!
This sounds absolutely wonderful! Thank you for sharing this, I'm mightily tempted to grab this and play with friends. Edit: I bought it, couldn't resist

After only 15 minutes of investigating, I'm already fascinated by this game, the history of it's creation (kickstarter raised $300+k of $18k goal), the company and their other games, their fascinating, unusual open-source-ish license to the game materials and mechanics, and their mysterious founder, Jay Dragon who, I think, is trans (definitely somewhere in the LGBTQ+ spectrum), and which is almost entirely irrelevant, except it feels like the driving force behind a different kind of game development philosophy.

PS: Yeah, I'm getting the game, too.
I really hope you enjoy and I'd absolutely love to play it with you some time!
