And I'm super happy for Devolver to get into a working relationship with Lucasfilm, as a Devolver game in the Star Wars space would probably be rad, even if it's Mos Eisley Bartender simulator, they could make it work.

I wasn't too familiar with the franchise until yesterday when this video (RetroAhoy: The Secret of Monkey Island) popped up on YouTube. It's a good watch. It sent me down a rabbit hole of reading about Pirates and then watching Pirates of the Caribbean 4. I learned that the fountain of youth in Pirates 4 is located in the mystical land of... Florida (at least that's the case in the source material - the 1980s novel "On Stranger Tides"). And the modern idea of a swashbuckling pirate buccaneer comes from a 1720s novel written by an Englishman that compiled all known information on dozens of big name pirates. Wikipedia claimed that the author embellished and fabricated some of the details - with a subsequent edition being almost entirely fabricated. Fun stuff.

Longtime Monkey Island fan here, I was pretty blasé when I saw the headline until I saw the names Ron Gilbert, Dave Grossman, Peter McConnell, and of course Dominic Armato. And that was definitely Danny Delk doing the Murray voice. So... I'm actually really intrigued. It's like a family reunion! This could be a ton of fun.
