I’m sure most people here did not use Stadia, but in case you got a free controller, don’t throw it away. I’m really glad they’re doing this, because I have, like, eight of them. Honestly,...

Honestly, wherever Stadia failed, it wasn’t with the controller. I prefer their controller over any other and am looking forward to using it with my Steam Deck when it’s docked (at least until Steam Controller 2 comes out, fingers crossed).

One of the cool things about Stadia that I would like to see come to Xcloud is being able to seamlessly switch screens. I don’t know how it’d actually be possible (unless streaming from your home console), but it’d be nice to pause the Xbox and pick it up on Xcloud and vice versa.
Though I suppose getting the streaming up-to-snuff is a higher priority right now.
I absolutely love my Stadia controller. It’s a solid, well-built controller that’s on par with the Xbox controller. I’ll be happy to be able to use it directly with my phone or computer.

R.I.P.
Out of curiosity, how did you end up with 8 Stadia controllers?
I bought the first four for couch co-op then got the other four free through their YouTube Premium promotion.
