Not as good is what I can say. The AI is not bad by any means, they do all the basic tactics like flanking and they even communicate with each other to give that illusion of cooperation, but they don't really do any of the cool stuff FEAR's AI did like jumping over obstacles and windows, looking for and getting behind cover, etc.
So it's decent, but unlike FEAR the game has a many levels that are very open and in those levels you really start noticing how stupid and basic the AI can be. It's basically the same as FEAR, it behaves very tactically in tight, corridor like levels, but outside of those it's kind of dumb.
Other than that, the game also does give strong FEAR vibes in the gameplay department, despite being nothing like it. I think the worst I can say about it is that there's some levels where you fight non-human enemies, and those are just not good, it reminds me of the worst parts of the FEAR games.

Wondering the same. It looks like it may be fun but absolutely none of this looks anything like F.E.A.R.
It came out about a week ago, there is a demo available.
I played the demo of this a couple of years ago and totally forgot about it! It looks like it's a pretty solid shooter!
