Moon Rider is a freely available open source Beat Saber clone that ties directly into the Beat Saber community map format and allows those maps to be played on the open web. In my use case, I got an original Quest second hand and didn't feel like paying $30 for Beat Saber again, so I've been using this and it's been pretty fun.
I recently discovered this game and have been having a blast. WebXR is amazing tech. I've never played real Beat Saber though so I don't know what I'm missing.
