For those wondering about the state of Destiny 2 in 2024: it's still a very good game with a great community and a TON of content. Some of the community is crying doom and gloom because The Final Shape was delayed a few months after layoffs at Bungie, but the game is still in great shape and improving. For the $40, you get the expansion stories from Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, Witch Queen, and Lightfall, as well as the seasonal storylines and progression tracks from Lightfall. You then also get all of the raids in the game and basically all other content besides the Lightfall dungeons (which are an extra $15(?) purchase in game (I forget if Witch Queen dungeons are also an extra purchase or not).
For solo players, you can get probably 40 hours of content without ever queuing for any matchmade activities. However, the game does shine with group content. Most activities have matchmaking and the harder activities that do not (harder nightfalls, raids, dungeons) have an in-game group finder and there is also an LFG discord for the game.
It's definitely worth it for the price and you can try out the game for free via Steam or Epic (though the bundle is steam keys) before getting the bundle (the F2P version has a few matchmade activities, but no real story content).
Pretty much every major 3rd party seller has Dark Souls Remastered at a historical-ish low of about $16-$17 right now.
It's unfortunate that it's still so much, given it's less of a remaster and more of "here's a working version of DS1 that you don't need a mod to play," but it's still probably as cheap as it'll be for a very long time, given the lack of deep discounts since Elden Ring came out.

I'm an absolute fiend for Slay the Spire and the likes, and have been really into Poker and Mahjong recently. Don't know how similar it is, but the reviews look really good so I'm going in blind!
Quick edit, in the middle of my first run, Ante 3. It's really fun so far! Scratches the itch of mahjong a bit actually.
Hell yeah. I bought it this morning, myself! I played another 3-4 hours of the demo yesterday, so I'm absolutely going to poopsock this game this week.
I'm not familiar with the term poopsock but I love that for you!!! Yeah it's actually really fun, it kinda feels like playing Mahjong but poker coded, with that Slay the Spire feel. I just died in my first run but I think my work day is gonna be very slow now...
Poopsock is an old gaming slang term that pretty much means "you're playing the game so much that you poop in a sock so you don't leave your computer". Don't worry, I have never or will never poop in a sock myself :p
The opposite of you happened, I won my first run, ha. Granted I had like 7 hours in the demo, so I very much knew what I was doing.

I'm only up to Ante 7 after about 2 hours of gameplay right now, probably should stop to actually get some work done, thanks for the rec! it's actually a perfect game for me right now, I've been itching to get back into a game like this.
Just won my first run in about 6 hours of gameplay!!! ugh this game is so good, i love it so much and now i'm like an hour late for making dinner. thanks again!

Just to clarify, this is the 2013-2018 survival trilogy (Tomb Raider, Rise, Shadow). It's not the original remastered trilogy that released just two weeks ago (Tomb Raiders 1, 2, 3).
