Oh, wow. This looks like The Nightmare Before Christmas / Coraline, the game! I wonder why nobody else has done that kind of style before in a game. It's looks incredible! Thanks for sharing this,...

Based on the Steam page, the graphics were made with actual clay. Even if they just 3D scanned the clay models and used computers to mimic stop motion animation, that's incredible! Sculpting in real life is different from 3D modeling. This feels like the claymation equivalent of Cuphead.
I hope some other games decide to take a page from this and go for a similar aesthetic, even if they use 3D models instead of actual clay. I love when horror games use stylized art over trying to go for hyper-realism, because I feel like some older horror games can lose some of the horror factor as the graphics become outdated.
Honestly, that opinion applies to all game genres, but it feels like it can be especially noticeable with horror since that can be so dependent on the monster and enemy designs. And this sort of stylization can add so much to the atmosphere, creating a darker, fantasy-esque feeling rather than usual gritty realism games go for. It adds a lot more artistic freedom.
Well, this looks amazing.
I don't play horror games, but enjoy watching others play. Will get this for a friend of mine so I can watch them play.
