If I could simply buy all the contents of each crate (not painted or anything, just the base items) for $20 I absolutely would. But spending $1.50 per key and rolling the dice, only to wind up getting some crappy decal I already have 3 copies of, is not my idea of worthwhile so I rarely ever do it anymore. All I usually want from them is the import bodies anyways so I just trade keys directly for them since they are relatively cheap (2-3 keys for non-painted). And sadly their proposed new "Season Pass" system doesn't look much better than the crate system either. :(
Ah well... at least these new recent events are reasonable enough and not designed specifically to milk me for all I'm worth.

Having said this the event seems interesting enough, let's hope for the best!
Yeah, I remember good old days of Dota 2 in like 2012 where you would get a drop or a set after each level I think their planned leveling system rework involves more consistent and clear drops?...

I think their planned leveling system rework involves more consistent and clear drops? Either way I was never really interested in those, since I just trade what I want for keys

Great game, even though crate system is not that great, I just have so much fun playing competitive
This event looks like a step in a right direction
