This is pretty interesting to me, I really didn't expect Blizzard to be willing to make one of their major games available in something like Humble Monthly. This is also the cheapest that Overwatch has ever been available for PC ($20 was the lowest before), and will even include a number of other games as well (that don't get revealed until October 5).

Almost definitely. You will see that often with games - they will go on sale right before they get released in a Humble Bundle or in a Humble Monthly,
