This is a pretty strange entry in the "classic consoles" (NES Classic, SNES Classic, PlayStation Classic) line. The other ones were tiny and relatively inexpensive, and this one is a 2-foot-wide arcade stick that costs 230€ (~$260 USD).
I guess it's a neat idea if you want to buy an arcade stick anyway, but this one is... pretty ugly, and it'll probably be a little annoying to hook up to play the included games, since you'd need an HDMI cable long enough to run from your TV to the place you're sitting.
Yeah...These classics have been getting less and less appealing. I honestly think this one totally missed the mark both stylistically and functionally.

I would argue that this seem way more stylistic then any of classic consoles, and as for the feel I'm sure it will have the same arcade feel just from looking at it. The way it's set up duel...

The way it's set up duel sticks side by side, it will be like playing 2 player in the arcade. Granted if you want it to feel authentic you're going to have to build a custom cabinet for it.
Yeah...That was my fancy way of saying I think it's ugly. Where the other consoles have reached for a retro feel, this one seems to be trying something else. And definitely agree on the cabinet...

Without one, I can't see how you can have two players playing in a standard couch/living room set up.
Oh weird, the site definitely had a list of the games you could look at yesterday, but now it seems to be gone. Here's the list: 1944: The Loop Master Alien vs Predator Armored Warriors Capcom...

I'm guessing that is what this deal with FBA is all about, which raises a lot of questions about how this will play with the current license of FBA or the rights of past contributors.

Huh, that's really interesting. As I mentioned, the site seems to have changed significantly between when I submitted it and now. In addition to the list of games, I distinctly remember it...

I'm really curious what's going on now, this seems like a really strange project overall.

Damn that's not cheap! Needs more games too.
No Strider? How do you not include Strider?
Strider's on there.
Is it? Must have missed it. They flashed that game selection pretty fast.

1944, Captain Commando, Ghouls n' Ghosts, Mega Man and Strider are all among my all-time favorite games, but man that thing isn't cheap!
