    I also want to see Godzilla tonight, swim 1.6 KM tomorrow, and bike 60 KM on Saturday. Oh, and have beers with friends sometime this weekend, too.

    Yesterday watched Nuts (1987) when I got home from work. Barbra Streisand stars as a high class prostitute (really!) accused of manslaughter. Richard Dreyfuss costars as her lawyer. It's one of the worst movies I've ever seen, and as it progressed I felt more and more sorry for Richard Dreyfuss. The worst part by far is when Streisand describes the sexual services she offers clients. Super cringe.

    But after that I saw Wall Street (also 1987), which turned out to be a great movie so it all evened out.

    Out of touch with Tool. I think the last I heard of them was Lateralus, which I liked but which didn't blow me away. I first saw them on the little stage at Lollapalooza (however you spell that)...

    I first saw them on the little stage at Lollapalooza (however you spell that) back in the early 90s. Alice in Chains and Primus were the headliners. I could tell that Maynard was putting his heart into whatever he was singing, but no one could hear them while Front 242 was blaring musical nonsense from the main stage.

    Late to the party. Wasn't on Tildes at all last weekend. But then again I'm in Taiwan and the weekends don't always match. On Saturday I had to judge an English competition. My group of judges was...

    Late to the party. Wasn't on Tildes at all last weekend. But then again I'm in Taiwan and the weekends don't always match.
    On Saturday I had to judge an English competition. My group of judges was in charge of the reading section for grades 3 and 4. Later that evening I attended a friend's concert. It was some of the most gloriously bad music I've ever heard.
    On Sunday we rode bikes around the city where we live. We had lunch in a local restaurant. I believe I ate fried chicken with rice. Later that evening I went running.
