I don't love the title of the video (if anyone wants to edit it to something better, feel free!), and I realize this is little more than a listicle (is there a video-specific version of that term?), but I think it's at least a higher quality one and therefore worth sharing here.
The video is an interesting 40-year walk through videogaming history with some commentary about the cultural/industry relevance of each entry on the list. Of course, the one-per-year limitation is going to leave out a ton of deserving titles (just look at 1998), but I think overall they did a good job of selecting and justifying their choices. There are, of course, some obvious absences as well as some questionable calls, but I think that's more a product of the format than anything else.
