It looks like they're just going to call it "Trackmania" (I really hate this current trend of re-using game names). Here's a very low quality upload of the trailer, I'm not sure if there's...

Awesome to hear this! TrackMania is such a great game series. I've dumped thousands of hours into its various entries. Unfortunately, the game doesn't get the widespread recognition and acclaim it...

Unfortunately, the game doesn't get the widespread recognition and acclaim it deserves, and as such doesn't have the fanbase that it should (IMO). I never thought I would actually want a game to be free-to-play instead of buy-to-play, but I sincerely hope this one is free like the original Nations. Its multiplayer is stellar, but it only works if there are other players there, and making it free-to-play ensures there will be plenty of people available to race.

To anyone who has never played a TrackMania game, I seriously encourage you to give the series a try. Here's what you need to know about it:

    1. Arcade racing on tracks with ridiculously fun and outrageous designs.
    2. Incredibly precise, replicable controls with a low point of entry but a very high skill ceiling.
    3. Time-trial-based multiplayer means competition is entirely skill-based with no potential for griefing other players.
    4. Nice, chill community.
    5. Mario Maker-esque plethora of content with thousands of unique tracks, in various genres, made using in-game tools.
