This was the big news drop from a few days ago, Sega is planning to use Arcade cabinets as remote nodes for a GeForce Now or Stadia like service. The internet in Japan is probably stable enough to handle it, and it would work around have to wrangle a data center together as these are machines that already exist. Could be something here.
