I kickstarted this documentary in 2011 only to hear almost nothing over the next 9 years aside from a few excuses. I just discovered it was finally released on youtube last month (the 2017 in the title refers only to a festival screening and not any release) without so much as an email or announcement to the backers.
While the production was incredibly frustrating this documentary documents some personalities from a key part of the development of esports as it really took off in the western world and is a nostalgic trip for anyone involved with starcraft and esports at the time.
