Q: Are you making the team crunch to work on the patches?

A: The team is working to bring relevant fixes to the game without any obligatory overtime. Avoiding crunch on all of our future projects is one of our top priorities.

I think there's quite a lot to say about this document, largely negative, but I just want to carve out a brief moment to point and laugh at this "roadmap" image. About all you can say from that is that they're planning at two minor-version patches, and some free DLCs, at some point before the end of 2021. That's not a roadmap; it barely rises to the level of the directions on a highway billboard.
