I had no idea it wasn't a full game until I read some of the comments. I'm not familiar with the modding community so my mind is kinda blown right now. It looks like it has a lot of potential to be a spiritual successor to games like New Vegas and Outer Worlds that have more complicated story lines and decision making in the game.
This is a mod for Fallout 4, so establish your expectations at the door. A few new assets, and it seems like the setting has potential, but it feels somehow even more a series of broad stereotypes...

A few new assets, and it seems like the setting has potential, but it feels somehow even more a series of broad stereotypes unconstrained by decade than the base series. There's been some hits and misses in the main games, but the tone of this seems odd. I think the narrator is part of the issue. The accent is forced, and historically you've always gotten government/official narrators. Someone using a 1950s era English newscaster accent would perhaps have been a better choice, if only because their attempts at cockney and rhyming slang were pretty rough.
Holy lack of sound mixing Batman!
Seriously, I didn't hear half of what the narrator said...
I hear it fine on my tablet. Can't say I understand all the accent and vocabulary.
me listening: ??? have a cup of ???? and her majesty been ???? and jack is on a ??? ??? ??? blarney oh ??? ??? ??? ??? radiation
Maybe I'm already used to miss some stuff since this is not my first language.
