Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 25 changed everything

    I was diagnosed after 30. It was good, weird and revolting to realize how many things I had lost because of it. I'll come back with more.

      Strictly speaking, there is no cure for ADHD. You also cannot get ADHD. You're either born with it or you don't. At least according to current science, which, like in most mental illnessess, is...

          I've been told by (primary care) doctors, to my face, that adult ADHD doesn't exist. The amount of sheer misinformation about this disorder is absurd.

            What country do you live in? You should report those doctors to the appropriate board. This is negligent behavior.

            Definitely not misdiagnosed, I suffer pretty much all the common symptoms and have been since elementary school.
