    Every other day my routine is to jog a mile to a park, do 30 pull ups, 30 dips, and 30sec-1min dead hang. Then I jog back home, do 50 bicycle crunches, 20 v-ups, and some yoga stretches. On the intervening days I try to make sure I walk at least 3 miles.

    Helps keep me relatively fit, but I'm considering buying some dumbbells to switch things up. Particularly, for when the weather isn't ideal for exercising outdoors.
