What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I signed up for a marathon in May next year which will be my 3rd. My first over a decade ago I finished in 4:42, 2 years ago was 3:57, and this time I hope to finish in 3:50 or less.
As someone also doing a (first, half) marathon around the same time next year, what's your training plan? Do you live in a place where running through winter is possible?
