    Neat. I didn't realize Macrofactor posted articles. For those who don't know, it's a diet/macros/nutrition tracking app created by Canadian natural bodybuilder Jeff Nippard. He also has an awesome YouTube Channel, that I highly recommend for anyone interested in exercise or nutrition science, and evidence/science-based weightlifting.

    p.s. I've also personally used his body recomposition guide to lose more than 30lbs (while simultaneously gaining a bunch of muscle) over the last 6 months. So I can't recommend him and his programs highly enough. ;)
