    I started running with my 10 year old two weeks ago. Both of us need to work on our cardio, myself a lot more than him. I'm an out of shape 33 year old and his legs are much shorter than mine so...

    I started running with my 10 year old two weeks ago. Both of us need to work on our cardio, myself a lot more than him. I'm an out of shape 33 year old and his legs are much shorter than mine so we actually make a pretty great running duo as far as keeping up with each other. It's been really nice so far. We're only doing about 1.5 miles at a time right now but even doing a short run like that feels way better than doing nothing.
