    Hey, missed this tilde when thinking of which one I should post this review to and @pseudolobster told me it probably fits better here than ~sports. So, here it is!

    The TL;DR is that I 100% endorse BAJ. My numbers saw some great movement. But it's a lot of time in the gym (60-80 minutes, four days a week) and if you don't recover well, it might grind you up more than build you up.

    Numbers:

    Overhead Press (OHP): 155 lbs → 175 lbs
    Back Squat: 380 lbs → 420 lbs
    Bench: 240 lbs → 280 lbs
    Deadlift: 420 lbs → 440 lbs
    Bodyweight: 184 lbs → 184 lbs
    Body fat: 16.7% → 15.4%
