Weekly goals for the week/accomplishments of last week
Thought this would be a good idea. We do it in the Megas on reddit.

Well uh... I managed 10 actual push-ups when I couldn’t even do one proper push-up before.
Goals for this week: Cut down on the Midnight snacking, I’ve been doing that alot (both in frequency and volume of what I eat).
Last week saw me fall short on my mileage as I was working on my feet all day, something my weak white collar self isn’t used to. Still got 9 miles in. This week the goal is to make up for that. Did 2 miles today, have a track day tomorrow 6x400 with 2 miles of easy. Then hope to hit a long run Thursday, aiming for 6-7 miles and speedwork saturday 4x800.
Was supposed to have two more work outs. Think it would have put me around 13 or so miles.
Currently on track. Just getting up the motivation to go outside on this smoky nasty day and put in some boring canal running miles. 😂
I haven’t used C25K myself but I’ve heard from others it works. I always find the first week of a new plan hard. After that I seem to settle in a bit.
Well last week I lifted every day in my new home gym. This week I did not, partially because yesterday I left home at 7am, was back home for about 15 minutes around 4:30p, and then left again, and didn't get back till 9. About all I did after that was eat a little, shower, and get ready for work today.
But I am using it more often. The goal is to go back to every day (or close to it) lifting, so I can start actually making gains again.
Nice. What kind of setup do you have in your home gym?
Foldable rack (rogue rml-3w), spotter arms, landmine attachment, pull-up attachment, adjustable (incline and decline) bench, plain bar, powerblock adjustable dumbbells, and plenty of accessories - bands, belts, straps, wraps, etc.
Thinking about adding an e-z bar, but otherwise I've got about everything I'll need.
Sounds pretty complete. I do body weight and run with yoga so idk what all those words mean. Haha.
I've gotten outside more often due to having my new bike. It is nice to ride around on the days it isn't 95+ degrees.
Man I’ve been getting out like at first light to avoid the heat. I like hot but man it slows me down.
